Aaron Huey, a journalist for the famous magazine National Geographic, has returned to Svaneti after a 14-year-absence. His first visit to one of Georgia’s most beautiful regions was in 1998. During his current visit, the photographer took a multitude of pictures and met many people. It seems that he spent several days in Georgia , even managing to attend a Svan wedding.
The journalist uploaded a video to his Facebook page that depicts him at the wedding, dancing with a Georgian
girl. According the video’s description, the wedding in question is that of Ana Pilpani. The American photographer tries to imitate the moves of “acharuli” dance to keep up with his partner.
