Zurab Abashidze – It seems that Japaridze has some age problems and that his brakes have betrayed him

"If my old friend, Mr. Tedo had called me, I would have explained to him why I am going there. But it seems his brakes have betrayed him and he has some age problems as well’’, said Zurab Abashidze on "Rustavi 2" TV.
Tedo Japaridze, the Chairman of the Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee, advised his colleagues to refrain from participating in the next round of the Abashidze-Karasin negotiations in Prague. Japaridze made the mentioned statement while commenting on the consideration of the draft agreement about alliance and integration between Abkhazia and Russia in the de-facto parliament of Abkhazia.
"In this case I think that this round should not be held. When one side defiantly publishes an unclear document referring to the annexation, whether or not wanted it by Abkhazians, I would personally recommend my colleagues to refrain from participating in this round," said Japaridze.
A draft agreement on integration and alliance between Russia and Abkhazia is being considered in the de-facto parliament of Abkhazia. The draft, which consists of 6 chapters and 25 articles, is posted on the ‘’Apsni Press’’ website and refers to creation of a group of united forces of Russia and Abkhazia.
